This is not a sales pitch. I know you’re busy so I would really appreciate it if you would take a few seconds to update your information with me. Yes, no, or later will be fine. Just pop me an email.
Somehow, or somewhere we have personally met or we have at least one mutual friend. You may have handed me your business card and I might need whatever business you are in right now. Maybe I was supposed to contact you because I know somebody who needs what you do.
So if I didn’t get in touch before I am now officially touching bases and I'm off the hook. Mission accomplished. Please let everyone know what you are up to now.
Update your information by email and please include anything else that you think might fit. A "30 second elevator speech" is good. Don't go "used car salesman" on us.
(I ain't throwin' stones, I sold time share and was a contributor to the need for a "do not call list". Go rent "Boiler Room" add 6 zeros. I like to think of myself as like an angel, but with an edge,)
Those were"the teenage years" of my sales career. I'm a grown up now. How I earn your income is immeasurably more important than how much I earn. Integrity can never be stolen. Your personal integrity is "THE ONLY THING" that can never be stolen from you. YOU have to give it up.
I hope you subscribe, because intelligent, engaging, useful information takes effort to sift out of the avalanche of distractions that we are presented with 24/7.
In Vegas you can choose from 9 sizes of pipe wrench in Uncle Wallies at 3am. Why? And someone in New Jersey with a busted toilet at 3AM says... Why not?
You never know when you'll need an honest mechanic. Or another job. There are less than six degrees of separation. What problems does your business solve? Let's get the word out.
Will your customers refer you?
Good contacts are better than gold. Good ETHICAL contacts are WHERE you GET the gold no matter what the economy is doing. It’s CRUCIAL to any relationship. So... How's business?
Should we buy from you, sell to you, hire you or come to work for you?
Have you ever put your heart and soul into someone’s enterprise just to be betrayed?
Instead of pointing out bad business people please recommend someone who is doing good business and tell us why. Is there something that you are doing that this network should know about? Let us help you get the word out.
Especially ...
...if the word on the street is something good about you.
A wise man once said, “never count money in front of poor people,” I Don’t know who said it but I know that feeling.
Some businesses are doing well in this economy and in some areas there is waste of the worst kind. Waste of human resources! What’s worse than that? Right now there is real talent looking for opportunites.
Wasting hope and enthusiasm is not planting seeds that will grow into loyalty.
War is what it is. War wastes hope and enthusiasm and people and relationships. It destroys the places where it finds value, happiness, and satisfaction. And loyalty. War is all about waste.
Wasting resources turns business into war instead of a problem solving profitable enterprise. When you truly solve peoples problems you put matters back into rhythm and the wasted discordant vibrations manifest as cash. I think that's one of the laws of the universe. There is no waste in the universe.
Business shouldn’t be me against you, it should be us against "it". What ever “it” is that needs to change for us to harmonize. And profit. Think about what that world would be like.
Like music the rhythmic patters would undulate…
…you know what I mean?
Maybe that’s why God gave us music. There are worse theories to base a relationship on than a rhythmic, harmony of intent and spirit. But it takes loyalty, which comes from trust, which comes from faith.
Correct me if I’m wrong? Isn’t loyalty what families turn to in hard times? Isn’t business based on relationships just like in a familyl Dogs can teach people a lot about loyalty. They are always happy to tell you why they are so loyal. Listen...
If you want to disconnect just say so. But please feel free to forward this page, someone you know might need to do more business. moneyworks@cox.net.
